I live in Plymouth, MI. Normally you will find me running the dirt roads and trails of western Wayne and eastern Washtenaw counties.
I enjoy traveling with my wife and two sons. Most of our vacations are outdoor focused with miles of hikes and views to explore. Some of our favorite places have been Sedona, AZ, Frisco, CO, and Michigan’s Western Upper Peninsula.

Every athlete is different and will require his / her own focus of training. I don't use prewritten cookie cutter plans. We will work together to craft a plan for success, ensuring a strong fitness and aerobic base are developed to build physiological resilience that trail and ultrarunning require. Rest and Recovery are a priority in training blocks to keep training fun, that should be the main goal, and to maximize training response. We will use common fitness tools and metrics and layer that with subjective feedback to smartly build training load and develop race strategies. A coach / athlete feedback loop is important to prevent burn out, improve fitness, and target athlete specific training or racing goals.
