Really excellent material. It is in depth and relevant to all endurance coaches. I learned a lot (more than I expected!) and am already noticing programming improvements in my own routines and that of my clients. I highly recommend this to any coach (or serious endurance athlete!) who is looking to create stronger and more durable athletes!

Finally, a course that is rooted in evidence-based strength training tailored for the endurance athlete. I loved the balance of presenting basics of scientific knowledge on human performance which all coaches should know and the practicable examples of how these are apllied to programming. It may take some time to digest, but it is worth it. It presented me new insights on how to further individualize strength training and how it fits into the broader training structure of the athlete’s needs and goals. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a runner for over 40 years. Back in my high school and college days, strength training was not considered essential to running. It was a paradigm I carried for a long time. Fortunately as I read more over the last decade my mindset shifted and I became a believer. So when I saw the Strength & Conditioning (S&C) course, I was excited to dive in and learn even more. The course did not disappoint in any way. The research-based information increased my knowledge and made me more confident when designing S&C programs for my athletes. I highly recommend this course!!
