I started running in 2020. As i kept progressing towards bigger goals i started facing many challenges – figuring out endurance nutrition, preserving muscle mass, avoiding injuries to name a few. I started deep diving into exercise physiology and slowly had to figure things out for myself.
I progressed from 92 kg, 26% body fat, 58min 10k in 2020 to 78 kg, 15% body fat, 39min 10k in 2024. Currently working on my next set of goals. I foresee myself writing marathon blocks, prescribing gym workouts and coaching people on their nutrition. UESCA certification is my first step in this dream.

My mission is to build strong, flexible, and agile athletes who are blazing fast over long distances. Running is a lot more than piling on endless miles.
I believe that muscular, metabolic and cardiovascular fitness matter more than a 3Hr marathon(sexy feat though). Short-term running goals keep you motivated, but the bigger picture is what truly matters. Flying up a flight of stairs at 80 is way cooler than breaking 3 hours at 30.
Expect some exciting training blocks and workouts, but some boring stuff too - Low-mileage weeks, dedicated gym sessions, and periods without goal races. Because real progress isn’t just about running more—it’s about training smarter.
