I began running in 2014, completing my first marathon before quickly progressing into ultramarathons later that same year. What started as a personal challenge became a long term commitment to endurance, growth and resilience.
Today, I’m a UESCA-certified Ultrarunning and Sports Psychology Coach, combining structured endurance training with applied performance psychology. Through Ink and Trails, I work with a limited number of athletes to provide high touch, personalised coaching built on clarity, communication and thoughtful progression.
Every runner has a unique background, lifestyle and set of ambitions. My coaching reflects that.
I use the UESCA evidence based training principles, data driven analysis and applied sports psychology to develop both physical capacity and mental resilience. Programming is guided by Rate of Perceived Effort (RPE), allowing training to adapt intelligently to life stress, recovery and performance demands.
This is client centred, collaborative coaching, not generic template plans or automated feedback. My aim is to help athletes prepare confidently for trail races and ultramarathons while building long term durability and enjoyment in the sport.
