I’ve completed countless 5ks and 10ks, 10 half marathons, and 1 full marathon. I have a love/hate relationship with running but I always end up coming back to it. I want to help people like me; people who feel they aren’t serious/fast/strong/good/whatever enough to justify having a coach. I want to help you achieve whatever goal you have for yourself whether that’s running a half marathon, running a mile, or being able to run after your kids without getting winded. Regardless of what phase of life you’re in, I will meet you where you’re at and we can work together to achieve your goals.
My coaching philosophy is based on the idea that there is no magic training plan. Everyone is different and leads different lives, therefore their training should be tailored to their individual needs. The foundations of my approach are the same - building slowly, cross training, strength training, rest and recovery. The applications of these foundations depend on the individual.
