About Elliot
I am a passionate ultra runner and coach.
I am based in Hong Kong, which is a secret heaven for trail running with its diverse landscape just at your doorstep.
My love for the sport all started with harmless intervals and hill repeats! And since then, I have challenged myself from 50kms to an unsupported 300km.
I am not an elite runner, but I do have a lot of passion working with runners to achieve their goals.
Coaching Philosophy
I don't believe in Never Say Quit.
I do believe that the best lessons are the hard ones, and as hard as they may be, they will for sure help you to become a more resilient and enduring runner.
