About Justin
A few years ago I found myself as a non-runner who had absolutely no interest in the sport, but that has certainly changed. As I watched my wife train for and run a 10k to raise money for a non-profit, I was inspired to give running a try. Fast forward, I'm now a year and a half into the sport and love learning about running as much as I enjoy the act of running.
My heart is to help those who are new to the sport; possibly training for their first race. I was recently there and I believe in you!
