About Miloš
I am a keen ultrarunner with several 50K, 100K and 100M races around the world under my belt. I live in ŽIlina, Slovakia, surrounded by beautiful hills and mountains ideal for training for ultras.
My passion for running lead me to UESCA coaching courses, first to simply learn more about running and ultrarunning, later to assist those who looked for some guidance in their training and race preparations. I run because I enjoy running and I want my clients to enjoy running too.

Keep it simple. Do not complicate things with expensive devices and complicated language. Make sure client always understands why and how of each session. Communicate.
