I have been coaching cross country and track and field at the high school level for 5 years, and have coached club and individuals (adults) for another 3 years. I am a masters runner and coach who has been running since I first found running at the age of 12. Running has been a constant, positive force in my life. I continue to work toward goals and push myself to strive to get stronger, faster and never give up the joy that is running. I love the process of training, learning, building knowledge and experience and supporting others in their running journey.
I provide support, inspiration, and structured training plans for all levels of runners or those who wish to become runners. I believe in positive and honest encouragement, and that individualized and not cookie-cutter plans are necessary for best results. I prefer a well rounded training approach to running. Strength and mobility, drills, speed, hills, distance runs, and recovery, all come together to make you a stronger, fitter, faster runner who is less vulnerable to injury. Your plans will be individualized to your specific goal(s). They will account for your experience level, age, gender, history of injury, available training time, training preferences and more.
