About David
I'm a South Louisiana Cajun Living in Oklahoma. I'm a husband and dad who works as IT Director for a school district. I also teach a Sunday School class, sing in the church choir, and host The Run the Riot Podcast. I love pushing the limits of what I'm capable of and enjoy helping others discover their potential in running and life!
Coaching Philosophy
Every runner is different but basic principles still apply. I start with a basic periodization approach, then customize to each runner's needs to maximize growth. I know what it's like to be pulled in many directions and fight to maintain life balance, so I try to work with my athletes on getting the training done without neglecting the most important things in life.
