I fell in love with running shortly after having my second child. I now have three, so I understand how tricky it is to balance training with work and parenting responsibilities. I have since fallen in love with the half marathon (PR: 1:25) and marathon (PR: 3:15) distances. Currently, I'm training for the 2023 Boston Marathon.
I believe strongly in a holistic coaching approach that provides not only an individualized run training plan, but also includes periodized strength training, mobility work, injury prevention (e.g. foam-rolling, stress mitigation), and a solid fueling plan. Athletes of all ages and abilities are amazed at what they are capable of accomplishing when they utilize all of these training components in an effective way.
