Hi! My name is KK. I'm an outdoor educator, expedition leader, ultrarunning coach, former adventure racer & national squad rowing athlete, with decades of my own expeditions and adventures behind me. I'm based in Indonesia where I founded idGuides ~ Trails for People and Planet, an outdoor leadership school specialising & expedition operator specialising in trail adventures, trail run training retreats & ultra trail journeys.
I offer private coaching to those of you making the transition to trail & adventure racing, and trail advisory for overseas althletes preparing to race in Indonesia.
