Coaching Philosophy

As part of the overall RJH Fit Perspective ideal health Triangle, we want to start with Strength Training (either in person with me, on your own, or a combination of both). We will design a program for home use, gym, or on the road using any and all types of equipment you have available (weights, cords, resistance bands, dumbells, balls, etc). Once a strong habit of Strength Training has been developed (usually ~66 days), we will pivot into a Cardio Program (example, walk program, run-walk, etc) so that you are moving and building up to at least 30 minutes x 5 days (once again ~66 days), and finally moving into the Nutrition Coaching Program. My philosophy is to start with small digestible goals and develop strong life long habits. I also beleive that we are healthier with a strong foundation of Nutrition, Strength Training, and Purposeful Movement!
