I have been in the fitness industry professionally for 9+ years. My approach has transformed over the years to land me in the world of hybrid training where athletes focus on improving strength and endurance simultaneously. I focus on meeting the athlete where they are in their fitness to create sustainable results beyond a race or event. I currently work with athletes online 1:1 or in my group coaching programs. Outside of coaching, you can find me lifting, adventuring on the trails, listening to an audiobook, or baking goodies.
My philosophy is to meet each individual where they are based on their goals, experience, and lifestyle. I believe in consistency over perfection and structured training over random workouts. I've found this approach to be successful for sustainable fitness.
