I am from Belarus and now living in Poland. I have full-time job in Aras corporation as a System Architect in one of the departments. I love running, spending time with my wife and son, read novels and phycological books.

My coaching philosophy is based on individual approach to each student. Trainning programs should be adapted for individual.

I am interesting in gradual development, avoiding injuries and overtraining. For me is important that athletes stay healthy, full of energy and desire self-development. Of course it can be achived through running.

And I like working with athletes who have goals such run 10k/half-marathon/marathon in some time limits, because clean goal helps to be motivated, concentrated and achiving of the goal makes athlet satisfied.

Running is opportunity to be with yourself. I want to help people to love running and to familiarize with oneself.
