I am an active mom of two little kids, devoted physical therapist and coach. My love for movement started in middle school when I joined USA Luge and began my strength training journey. I saw how the adaptations I created in the gym played out on the soccer and lacrosse fields with speed, endurance and injury prevention. My love for working with runners developed in 2019 after running the Marine Corps Marathon and then really kicked off in 2020 due to a COVID project. I am extremely passionate about showing people how movement can enhance their lives and does not need to be painful.
There is no gain with pain. Hard work and pushing yourself are much different than hurting yourself and I'm here to help individuals learn the difference, create realistic goals and life long adaptations to make them run faster, move stronger and recover fully.
