I ran my first ultra race in 2014, and my love for the sport hasn't wavered since. With plenty of race experience under my belt and firsthand knowledge of handling nutrition and the mental grind during long runs, I am offering you complex Coaching.
My interest in coaching started in 2017, mainly as a hobby. Helping out friends and clients who trusted my advice to reach their goals has always been super exciting for me. Along the way, I've dived into tons of books and even worked with a couple of Coaches myself.
Coaching is more than a job for me, it's my biggest hobby!
I believe in quality over quantity—every run should have meaning. I coach with a focus on hard graft, grit, and embracing the elements. It's not about big mileage for the sake of it, but showing up, being consistent, and putting in honest effort. I believe in listening to your body as much as pushing your limits. There's beauty in the struggle and strength in keeping it simple. Above all, running should feel raw, real, and joyful—that deep-down joy that reminds you why you started.
