I am a mountain athlete living in Boulder, CO. I have been running for 20+ years and have experience all over the U.S. and other parts of the globe. I began running on the road and quickly learned about trails and fell in love. In 2015, I ran my first ultramarathon distance race, a 50k in Kentucky and was hooked. I began rock climbing and strength training originally to help build a more resilient body for running but quickly found them to be a great compliment. When coaching I focus on helping athletes build resiliency and strength in running and beyond.
As a mountain athlete, I believe that strength is more than muscle—it’s the quiet grit that carries you up and down mountains. My coaching is rooted in helping you build a strong, capable mind and body that can weather the highs and lows of ultramarathons.
My approach is holistic—not just a training plan or a race result. Developing confidence, trust in your own process, and a sense of inner strength is just as important as physical gains. I believe in meeting athletes where they are, encouraging open and honest communication, and celebrating every step forward no matter how small.
Positive feedback and collaboration are at the core of my coaching style. I strive to create a space where you feel supported.
