I’ve been a runner for 24 years and a trail and ultra runner for 7. I have done 7 - 100 mile races and a 2 time winner of the Mines of Spain 100. I have run numerous ultras including Ice Age (50 miles), Barkley Fall Classic (50k), and Georgia Death Race (74ish miles). I'm also a mom to 2 wonderful boys which has given me the opportunity to lead a variety of groups including coaching 4/5 grade track.
Every day is an opportunity for a new adventure. I work to provide a balance between the every day responsibilities and create space to go out and do what we love.
I want to be your coach because I want to make your dream a reality. I want to find your competitive side and create realistic goals. I want to be there for you to answer those questions that arise in the middle of a long run. There’s always more to learn and I’m ready to take on that challenge with you.
