About Alexis

Sport has always been a part of my life, I have practiced many sports in competition, collective and/or individual during my youth to then focus thoroughly on running. After more than 20 years of running and having run almost all distances in competition, from 100m to the marathon (2h35 marathoner) (also ran cross-country, trail and ultra-trails), I intend to share my practical and theoretical experience and skills, in order to help my clients to get into sports and improve their mental and physical health, whatever the level, by integrating running and fitness into their busy daily life.

Coaching Philosophy

Hard, smart and fun training is my mantra.
My goal is to train and prepare an athlete comprehensively to improve their physical and mental health but also to be at their best on race day. To do this, I provide running and fitness sessions adapted and built according to the current fitness level and the goal previously determined together, whether it's to start running, improve their physical condition or beat their best time in race.
Indeed, to continue to train and improve, it’s important to maintain motivation by doing varied and fun sessions allowing you to enjoy the entire workout process and keep consistency in the training.
Added to the physical build up, we’ll work together on other success factors such as self-confidence, recovery and nutrition in order to become aware of one's own abilities, to exploit and develop them to surpass oneself and obtain the deserved results.
