I’m Shruthi Jain, a UESCA-certified running coach, Boston qualified marathoner, and MSc in Yoga Therapy. With over 12 years of running experience and podium finishes in events like the TCS World 10K and Bengaluru Marathon, I help athletes of all levels achieve their goals. I’m also a certified RYT 500 and RPYT. As an assistant coach at PaceMakers Running Club, I offer personalized coaching that blends running science with yoga’s holistic benefits, supporting endurance, mobility, and recovery.

Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy blends the science of running with the wisdom of yoga to create balanced, sustainable fitness routines. I focus on building endurance, strength, and mental resilience while emphasizing recovery and injury prevention. I design personalized plans for runners of all levels, whether training for a 5K, aiming for a marathon PR, or recovering from an injury. For women, particularly those navigating pregnancy and postpartum recovery, I provide tailored coaching that respects their body’s changes while supporting their fitness goals. I also integrate yoga to improve flexibility, mobility, and mental clarity. At PaceMakers Running Club, I work with athletes to guide them through their personal running journey, helping them stay motivated, injury-free, and focused on their long-term wellness.
