Whether on skis or on foot, you’ll find me out exploring the mountains of British Columbia! I love using my own two feet to propel me into the most beautiful corners of the province. You’ll also find me at the start lines of some of the toughest ultramarathons around. Most recently, I completed the 2024 Fat Dog 120-mile race. Other notable finishes include Whistler Alpine Meadows (100 miles) and the Canadian Death Race (125km). You can also find me running with Flight Crew Run Club, where I help lead both road and trail runs.
My coaching philosophy is one that aims to create sustainable growth and success, with an emphasis on quality over quantity, science over training fads, and adventure over adventure over the tedious. A good coach should never gatekeep their knowledge. As such, I don’t believe in simply prescribing workouts to be followed blindly by an athlete, but rather empowering them with the knowledge and confidence to play an active role in shaping their endurance journey.
