As a late starter (at the age of 32), running became my passion. Being super devoted and being a finisher of 6 marathons, 3 of which are World Majors; Berlin ’22, Chicago ’23 and Boston ‘25, I wanted to promote the sport to a wider community.
From beginners to experienced runners, I support everyone with the same care and attention and treat everyone like family. Now as a coach, I'm able to share what I've learned through experience and continuous education with my athletes and help them achieve their goals and enjoy the process.
My coaching philosophy centers around creating a positive, supportive environment where every individual feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. I believe in fostering open communication and trust, which allows athletes or clients to feel comfortable, ask questions, and take risks without fear of judgment. By balancing encouragement with constructive feedback, I strive to help each person build confidence and develop the skills they need to succeed, not only in their sport or activity but in life. Ultimately, I view coaching as a partnership, where my role is to guide, motivate, and inspire, while always prioritizing the growth, well-being, and enjoyment of those I work with.
