I started running in 2012 after years of playing basketball and exploring other sports. Since then, I’ve completed countless half marathons, four marathons (Nicosia, Lisbon, Berlin and Amsterdam), and multiple triathlons, including 8 Half Ironmans.
I’m the co-founder of 568 Endurance, a Cyprus-based running crew organizing free weekly park runs and cheer zones during races. I also co-founded 568 Coaching, where I guide athletes with a science-informed approach, shaped by my background in mechanical engineering and passion for endurance sports.
I believe in a coaching approach that blends science, experience, and empathy. With a background in mechanical engineering and a passion for endurance sports, I take a data-driven yet highly personal approach to training. Every athlete is unique, so I prioritize communication, proper progression, and regular feedback. Whether you're preparing for your first 5K or aiming for a marathon PB, I focus on building long-term success through consistency, patience, and discipline. I’m also deeply interested in the psychological and philosophical sides of running—how it shapes mindset, builds resilience, and fosters community. I aim to create a supportive space where athletes not only train smarter but also grow in confidence and joy through the process.
