A dedicated long-distance runner, my passion for running transcends mere exercise—it’s a way of life. Having completed the Abbott World Marathon Majors, six iconic races—Boston, New York, Chicago, London, Berlin, and Tokyo, each finish line marked not just a race completed, but a personal victory. Long-distance running demands both physical resilience and mental fortitude and I aim to find that balance in through my structured training.
1. Individualized Approach: Every runner is unique. As a coach, I recognize and celebrate these differences.
I tailor training plans, feedback, and support to each athlete’s goals, abilities, and life circumstances.
Whether it’s a beginner aiming for their first 5K or an experienced marathoner chasing a PR, I meet them where they are.
2. Holistic Development: Running isn’t just about physical fitness; it’s a holistic journey. I emphasize mental resilience, emotional well-being, and overall health. We discuss nutrition, recovery, and sleep—essential components of peak performance.
3. Goal Setting and Accountability: Together, we set clear, realistic goals. Whether it’s a race, a personal milestone, or consistency in training, we define success. Regular check-ins keep athletes accountable.
