About Acadia
Acadia can be found living and playing in the White Mountains of Maine. She is the founder of Canyon Wren Coaching where she helps runners navigate pregnancy, postpartum and parenting while accomplishing their goals as athletes. She is a midwife with Sacopee Midwives and also the host of the Adventuring for Two podcast. When she is not coaching, podcasting or catching babies, Acadia can be found trail running or skiing with her two dogs.
