I believe in athlete-centered programming and building self-efficacy through consistent and clear communication. Training is like a long distance sailing trip. The shortest route may be a straight line, but there will be unexpected winds and currents along the way. The fastest, surest way to reach your destination will be a route with a lot of zigs and zags. The key is to effectively respond to the given conditions.
