Myself Venky Karuppur from Bangalore, India - working in an IT industry, married with 2 kids and love sports and in particular running! Ever since the association of my local running group "Runners High", I have been actively involved into social causes which the group is involved with.

UESCA certification has given a reassurance on what I and my fellow coaches have followed in Runners High and certainly opened up knowledge on many areas. My coaching philosophy has been to be in regular touch with the runners, be an active listener, positive reaffirmation on their abilities, diligent in coaching and guiding what's right for them and help them achieve their goal. There is a wealth of knowledge within our running group coaches which I regularly tap into and improve our knowledge to help runners achieve their potential.
