My triathlon journey began in middle school with a relay leg—I thought it was amazing but didn’t believe I could ever do one solo. That changed in high school thanks to a coach who believed in me. I finished my first sprint triathlon and was hooked. I had big goals but lacked the tools—and thought I had to be “good enough” to get help. I learned through trial and error, but now I know: you don’t need to be good enough or bad enough to deserve guidance from a coach. Triathlon has become a mindset and a tool for growth—and I’m here to help you grow, too.
You are more than your training plan. We're not just here to log miles; we're here to build a strong, healthy, connected life through endurance sport. This means:
• Talking about nutrition, sleep, and recovery so your body and mind thrive
• Incorporating breathwork, mobility, and strength training to support injury-free performance
• Creating fun, meaningful experiences that make training something you look forward to
• Cultivating real relationships—because triathlon is better with community
• Supporting you with the right mix of challenge and compassion—you’ll never do this alone
To me, coaching is both an art and a science—and the honor of my life. I will meet you where you are and help guide you to where you want to go. Whether this is your first time training or your 20th year, I will challenge you, support you, and connect you to something bigger.
