Whether you’re preparing for your first 5K or chasing a personal best in a half marathon, I’ll help you build strength, speed, and endurance, with a plan that works with your mind and your lifestyle, not against it. Since I’m also ICF certified (International Coaching Federation) and hold a professional diploma in Coaching from Kingstown College, I believe I am uniquely positioned as a coach to help you achieve your goals.
Over the past few years, I’ve raced extensively across the world, including multiple half-marathons, marathons, and triathlons.
I am a performance coach first, my background in executive coaching provides me with unique insights into the performance mindset.
Coaching Neurodivergent Runners : As a neurodivergent athlete myself, I understand the challenges that can come with staying consistent, especially when dealing with executive dysfunction, sensory overload, or procrastination.
Additionally, I am a visiting research policy fellow for the ThinkLab at the University of Cambridge.
My mission is to provide coaching services for all, whether at work or as a running coach!
My practice is neuro-affirming, LGBTQIA+ and trans-friendly.
