With three 100 mile races under his belt, Coach Ryan is well versed in what it takes to train for and complete challenging goals. Armed with compassion and a curiosity on how to better train athletes in major endurance events, Ryan branched into the Ultra Running Coaching world. He is also an Level 2 Crossfit Trainer, so can help with strength and conditioning in several formats - all with the hopes of making endurance athletes stronger and smarter.
