In late 2016, I decided to take back my life and began my journey into losing 180 pounds, going from 360 pounds to 180 pounds and have maintained that loss since. Since then, I've run two marathons as well as several half marathons, 10Ks, and 5Ks.
I enjoy all aspects of running - from nutrition, to planning, to it being a way of using my body to see places I may never have gotten to see otherwise.
