I’m a UESCA-certified Running and Endurance Nutrition Coach, trail runner, and working mom based in the Boise Foothills. I’ve completed races from 21K to 50K, plus my first Half Ironman. I create individualized, sustainable training and nutrition plans for runners of all levels—especially those balancing real-life responsibilities. My goal is to help you build endurance, confidence, and consistency without burnout.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that running should enhance your life, not complicate it. I focus on creating individualized, realistic training plans that fit into your lifestyle—not the other way around. As a working mom and endurance athlete, I understand the mental load, time constraints, and unpredictability that come with real life. My approach is compassionate, flexible, and science-informed. I help runners build strength, confidence, and consistency by focusing on sustainable progress, not perfection.
