I was born and raised in Oliver, British Columbia, and I’ve always found purpose in movement. As a lifelong athlete and community-builder, I lead a local running club, coach Learn-to-Run courses, and host group runs and retreats to make endurance sports more accessible—especially to women and beginners. I believe in making running fun, empowering, and sustainable. I understand that every athlete’s journey is unique, and I love being a supportive guide along the way.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in science, personalization, and the belief that consistency beats intensity. I design structured yet flexible training plans that reflect where you are now and where you want to go, using UESCA’s evidence-based methods. I focus on long-term development, injury prevention, and building confidence through each phase of training. Whether you're navigating your first training block or planning race-day strategy, I’ll be there to guide, educate, and cheer you on.
