Running has transformed from a punishing, painful experience into one that has taught me how to manage many things life has thrown at me. It's improved my mood, my body image and my relationship with food. Today, I can't live without it.
I believe that by setting goals for ourselves outside of work and family we become stronger and more resilient. Being passionate about a hobby adds so much flavor to life, and running in particular is a great way to build physical and mental health.
