About Susan
I started running non-competitively as young teen. I quickly fell in love with long distance running and discovered the incredible mental health benefits. I pursued a career in mental health and often prescribe exercise and movement for my clients. I currently live in Montana and enjoy training for and running ultras.

As your coach my primary focus is to help you develop as a runner while enjoying the process. Whether it's your first 5K, or your first ultra, I would love to help you reach your goals feeling strong and excited about running.
