About Sławomir
Hi,
My name is Sławek, I'm 44 years old, and I've been running in the mountains for over nine years. I find it incredibly enjoyable to spend several hours on the trail, alone with myself, my thoughts, and admiring nature. Six months ago, I moved to the Silesian Beskids to pursue more crazy projects over 100km. In addition to being an ultrarunner, I began to absorb knowledge about training, nutrition, preparation, and also decided to approach the subject from a theoretical perspective, which led to completing the UESCA Certified Ultrarunning Coach course.
