Coaching Experience

5-10 years

About Jiong How

Today, my personal practice is driven by a sense of curiosity towards mountain environments. Meaningful experiences, instead of accomplishments and failures, characterize the motivation behind my pursuits over the last decade, when I learned to become a student of the world. Over the past five years, I have taught natural movement to hundreds of learners, and developed an interest in coaching uphill running, managing neuromuscular fatigue and developing endurance race strategies.

Coaching Philosophy

Alpine & Asphalt - Personalized Training
After an initial onboarding assessment to better understand your athletic background, experience, injury history and your knowledge of outdoor/adventure equipment, I develop a fully customized training program to meet your goals and accommodate your daily priorities.

High Performance Teams
It is my passion to build effective teams, where athletes can focus on their sport and conveniently leave the rest of the work to us. I believe in building partnerships to develop a supportive ecosystem that enable breakthroughs in performance.
