I’m a runner, a coach and a biomechanics specialist who loves the science behind the sport. Beyond just the miles, I’m fascinated by movement: how stride mechanics, posture, and joint alignment can either hold us back or unlock new levels of performance.
My strength is analyzing biomechanics and turning that knowledge into practical strategies that help athletes run more efficiently, avoid injury, and perform at their best.
What inspires me most is seeing athletes achieve goals they once thought impossible. Whether it’s shaving minutes off a race time, running pain-free after a setback, or simply finding more joy in training, I love being part of that journey.

2- Biomechanics-Focused Analysis: By observing stride, stability, and movement patterns, I identify imbalances and help you develop stronger, safer, and more efficient form.
3- Lifestyle-Friendly Plans: Training should fit your life. I create programs that are sustainable and flexible, whether you’re
