I believe in creating adaptable training plans and helping folks understand the mental component of training. Consistency is more important than intensity. Being compassionate to yourself as life comes up and will provide obstacles you will have to navigate. Assisting athletes in staying neutral in thinking and focusing on the next task that needs to be done. Planning for recover and rest is crucial to getting to the finish line of whatever competition you are in. Overall fitness levels is so important so we will focus on that in the beginning of plans. People are not exceptional who acheive great things, they are consistent and they sacrifice to meet goals.
