I began running seriously in 2013 and became a running coach in 2018. From 2018–2023, I coached with Magic Stride Running Institute. From 2023–2025, I worked independently; since 2025, I’ve been at T-Coaching. I specialize in 1-on-1 training for executives, founders, dedicated athletes, and beginners aged 10+, guiding those who find running challenging to build confidence and progress safely. Certified by UESCA and MSRI, and a former marathon pacer and competitive racer, I bring a disciplined, caring approach focused on safe, sustainable progress and strong fundamentals.

Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy centers on improving overall health, cardiovascular fitness, and strength while promoting a disciplined, consistent, and balanced lifestyle. I prioritize safety above all, designing programs that reduce injury risk and support steady, sustainable progress without compromising work, family, or daily life. I don’t believe a single plan fits all—every program must be tailored to each athlete. Plans are typically set weekly, but I adjust them day-to-day as needed to accommodate fatigue, illness, or schedule conflicts. I view the coach-athlete relationship as a partnership—guiding, supporting, and accompanying each runner like a dedicated friend. True development comes from discipline, consistency, and attentive listening to one’s body.
