I’m Mehdi Khojasteh Eghbal, known as Siaavosh Khojasteh—a UESCA-certified running coach and endurance athlete based in Tehran. With years of experience in road races, I help runners of all levels train smarter, avoid injury, and grow stronger. My approach blends science-based methods, structured plans, and a deep focus on mindset, strength, and sustainability. Whether you’re starting your first 5K or aiming to level up, I’m here to guide you with care, clarity, and commitment.
