I’m an avid runner, cyclist, and swimmer who loves the art of improvement and always learning new ways to grow physically and mentally (with a good fiction book now and then). Outside of training, I enjoy disc golf, climbing, and great conversations. I moved to Chicago in 2022 and proudly call it home while working with Fleet Feet Chicago.
I believe great training balances structure, consistency, and community. My goal as a coach is to help athletes build both fitness and confidence through purposeful, sustainable training — not just to chase times, but to find joy in the process. I see every run as a chance to learn, grow, and celebrate progress, no matter the pace or distance.
Drawing from my own experience as a competitive runner, I understand the importance of patience, adaptability, and mindset in achieving long-term success. Above all, I aim to create an environment where athletes feel supported, informed, and inspired to become the best version of themselves — one run at a time.
