I train out of my gym in Littleton, CO, and offer virtual coaching for clients who need flexibility (and understand that life includes laundry piles and kid chaos!). I’m a mom of two girls, a Girls on the Run coach, and a marathoner who’s completed multiple marathons and over a dozen half marathons. My goal is to make fitness empowering, sustainable, and enjoyable so you can feel strong, capable, and confident in your body.
I believe movement should build confidence, not comparison. My coaching focuses on creating sustainable, personalized training that fits your life, not the other way around. I combine evidence based programming with empathy, helping athletes of all ages move well, get stronger, and feel their best. Progress isn’t about perfection; it’s about consistency, growth, and joy in movement. My goal is to help you feel capable, confident, and proud of what your body can do in every season of life.
