Over the past five years I have enjoyed switching up my own running.
Took part in World 24 hour Champs in 2017 and 2019 in Belfast and France.
2021 finished 27 hours Spartathlon
2022 Top 20 in South Downs Way 100
2023 Top 20 finish in debit Winter Spine (268 Miles)
2024 - Winner of Tunnel 200 (Mile)
2025 - 11th in debut Badwater
2026 aiming for TGC - sub 20 hour Bob Graham and Guinness World Record Mount Kilimanjaro

Strong Belief in the four key pillars being coached as fundamental.
With ultramarathons comes higher mileage - which means an important need to review nutrition - strength - recovery on individual basis
