* I ran in middle and high schools. I picked up running again at age 42. In one and half year, I qualified for the Boston marathon with 5 minutes margin. I ran a sub3 marathon in 2 and half years, and a 2:50:04 marathon in 3 and half years. I set my half marathon PR 1:22:18 at age 46.
* At 51 years and 11 months old, I still run a sub 19 5K and sub130 half marathon. I am still as fast as I was in 40s. The reason is simple: I have an effective training program.
* I love to share my training program with you! Most recently, I helped a 50-year old runner set a 18:50 5K PR.
* Focus on building a strong coach-athlete relationship based on trust and respect
