I graduated with an BSc in Applied Sports Science in 2009. After a prolonged break away from sport and exercise I started running during the pandemic. I've went from not being able to run to the end of the street to completing multiple ultra marathons in less than 5 years.
However, coaching is where my true passion is. I am the Head Coach at the Newton Road Runners in Scotland and have recently started my own coaching business with an aim of enabling runners of all levels to achieve their goals through a personalised science-backed, holistic approach.
I believe true fitness is built on integration, and not isolation. My approach combines structured online running and strength plans with practical nutrition guidance and recovery strategies to support long-term performance and wellbeing. Every element is grounded in science and adapted to real-world demands, helping individuals train smarter, recover successfully, and move with purpose.
