I wasn’t a born athlete — I discovered running later in life when my friends secretly signed me up for a team race. Preparing for it changed everything: I learned that progress can feel exciting, empowering and fun. Today, I combine my engineering mindset with sports education to support runners with structure, care and a personalised approach. I love helping people find their own rhythm — whether they’re starting from zero or aiming for new goals.
I design personalised training that fits real life — not the other way around. Performance matters, but enjoyment and health matter just as much. I focus on sustainable progress: strong foundations through smart running sessions, targeted strength and mobility work, and supportive recovery habits. I want runners to feel successful on the journey, not only on race day. Every goal counts — finishing your first 5K, staying injury-free, or chasing a marathon PR. My aim is to help you believe in what you can achieve — and enjoy every step getting there.
