I started running in high school and college, but struggled to compete while battling eating disorders. Running became a lifeline in my recovery, and now I’m passionate about fearlessly fueling for performance and life. With an MEd in Educational Psychology and years as a school counselor, I bring strong support and mindset skills to my coaching. Today I balance full-time work, two young kids, and big running goals. I believe a busy life can be an edge—train with intention, fuel well, stay resilient, and you can achieve far more than you think!
My coaching philosophy blends intentional training, confident fueling, and a strong mental game to help athletes thrive in every season of life. I believe performance is built through consistency, adaptability, and nourishment, not rigidity or all-or-nothing thinking. As a full-time working mom, I know firsthand that a packed schedule doesn’t limit your potential; it builds resilience, focus, and grit. My approach emphasizes evidence-based programming, including workouts, fueling strategies that support both training and life, and mindset tools that help athletes stay grounded when things get challenging. Big goals are absolutely possible with a full plate. Often, that’s exactly what creates the strongest athletes.
