I am an endurance coach and multisport athlete focused on science-based training, physiology, and performance testing. With experience in cycling, running, and triathlon, I use tools like INSCYD, power analysis, and aerobic profiling to guide athletes with clarity and structure. My coaching goal is to help athletes understand their bodies, train with purpose, and progress with confidence.
My coaching philosophy is built on the belief that meaningful progress comes from understanding the athlete as a whole—physiologically, mentally, and within the context of their daily life. I rely on science-based methods, detailed performance testing, and clear communication to guide each athlete with purpose. Training should be individualized, sustainable, and driven by measurable insights such as metabolic profiling, power data, and threshold assessments.
I aim to empower athletes not just to follow a plan, but to understand the “why” behind it, developing confidence, resilience, and long-term durability. Coaching, for me, is a collaborative process that blends education, structure, and trust to help athletes grow consistently and perform at their highest potential.
